Kitmo gives you full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account — including all uploaded media, scheduled posts, connected platform tokens, and synced statistics — at any time.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Sign in to your Kitmo account.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account, content, and connected platform tokens will be removed immediately.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot sign in for any reason, send an email to support@kitmo.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will process the request within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile (email, name).
- OAuth tokens for all connected platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). The connections themselves remain valid on those platforms — revoke our access from each platform’s own settings if needed.
- All uploaded video files and thumbnails stored in our cloud storage.
- All posts, drafts, scheduled jobs, and platform-specific publish records.
- All synced statistics (followers, views, video metadata).
- All activity logs tied to your account.
Revoking access without deleting your Kitmo account
If you only want to disconnect a single platform (for example, revoke our access to your Instagram account) without deleting your Kitmo account, you can:
- Inside the app: go to Accounts and click Disconnect on that platform.
- From the platform: revoke the Kitmo app from your security/connected-apps settings on TikTok, Instagram, or Google.
