Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated · 2026-05-03

Kitmo gives you full control over your data. You can permanently delete your account — including all uploaded media, scheduled posts, connected platform tokens, and synced statistics — at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Sign in to your Kitmo account.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Your account, content, and connected platform tokens will be removed immediately.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot sign in for any reason, send an email to support@kitmo.app from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will process the request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (email, name).
  • OAuth tokens for all connected platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). The connections themselves remain valid on those platforms — revoke our access from each platform’s own settings if needed.
  • All uploaded video files and thumbnails stored in our cloud storage.
  • All posts, drafts, scheduled jobs, and platform-specific publish records.
  • All synced statistics (followers, views, video metadata).
  • All activity logs tied to your account.

Revoking access without deleting your Kitmo account

If you only want to disconnect a single platform (for example, revoke our access to your Instagram account) without deleting your Kitmo account, you can:

  • Inside the app: go to Accounts and click Disconnect on that platform.
  • From the platform: revoke the Kitmo app from your security/connected-apps settings on TikTok, Instagram, or Google.
