These terms govern your use of Kitmo (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to publish content that violates the rules of any connected platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Upload content you do not have the rights to.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies.
3. Connected platforms
Kitmo acts on your behalf when you authorize connections to TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for content moderation, distribution, or monetization decisions made by those platforms.
4. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload. You grant Kitmo a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that posts will always publish successfully, or that platform statistics will be complete or accurate.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitmo and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page or following the instructions on our data deletion page. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
